Emma Gale
(Vocals)
Emma began singing in the pub for tomato juices from the age of 5. Now she will quite happily sing for vodka!
Always doing something or the other on the stage during her school and college years, it didn't take her long to realise that her first love was the microphone. Her first band "Cover me Bad" were based in Cambridge, together for 7 years, and during this time supported Katrina and the Waves, Wilco Johnson and Chaz and Dave. They were also regulars on the Cambridge Live Music scene. They still get together now and again and their most recent gig was in Bishops Stortford, January 2005.
Vending Machine Repairmen has enabled her to pick some of the finest tracks written and performed by female vocalists and put them into a style of her own.

(Lead Guitar)

Iain "Weety" Weetman was a founder member of the band and came back in October 2004. Originally from Shrewsbury, moved to Weymouth 19 yrs ago when joined the Navy (still in 3 yrs to go YAY!!!) Played in local Weymouth bands The Eclipse, Version 2:0. Influences: Steve Rothery, Larry Carlton, Joni Mitchell, Dave Gilmour, Dave Murray, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Walter Trout.
Shuan Gosling
(Rhythm and Electric Guitar)
Shaun was also a founder member of the band. He has been playing over the years for various local bands in Weymouth.
Remi Gale
(Bass)
It was sunrise at the beginning of time that Remi hung some wires on a plank and started to twang.
This continued for thousands of years through several ice ages, famines, floods and on through the dark ages. And then in the eighties, things started to get interesting.
In this decade, several deals and publishing scams came and went but more importantly, a huge range of styles were investigated including country, post-punk, jazz (and all expansions), rock,
art-rock (one album), pop, new romantic, bhangra (one album), experimental ambient electronic and of course, a substantial amount of 'cabaret nausea' for financial reasons.
Remi's philosophy is 'Live young, die fast'. The plank is now made of carbon-fibre and has five wires.
His favourite colour is orange and he doesn't live in Kent.
No, relation to Emma, Remi has also recently returned to the band (November 2005). Remi had a stint with the Weymouth 80s tribute band Reflex and local covers band Chill.
Rob "Oceanred"
(Drums)
Rob has been playing with the band since November 2006. Rob is a multi-talented musician, dummer, singer-songwriter and also plays a mean acoustic guitar. Rob has been playing with a multitude of bands since in Weymouth since his early years and he is only 20!.
